By using my services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are intended to provide clarity and ensure mutual understanding of expectations.
I offer my services based on trust and transparency. You provide the information necessary to carry out the phone call, and I ensure a careful and professional handling of your request. I perform my work with the utmost care, but I cannot guarantee the outcome of the phone call, as it depends on the relevant institution or organization.
My support is informative and guiding in nature. I ask general questions on your behalf, provide information, or request information. I do not handle personal matters that require authorization, DigiD, or legal power of attorney. Examples include changing personal data, applying for benefits, or submitting formal requests to government agencies such as UWV, the Tax Authorities, or health insurers. If a request falls outside my scope, I will clearly communicate this before starting the service.
I am available on Mondays and Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:00. You are welcome to submit requests on other days; I will respond as soon as I am available. A request is only processed once I have confirmed it. I reserve the right to decline assignments if I assess that they fall outside my knowledge, abilities, or ethical boundaries.
The costs for my services are listed on my website. After the service is completed, you will receive an invoice or payment request via email or another method of your choice. The payment term is seven days. If payment is not received, I will send a reminder. In case of continued non-payment, I reserve the right to take further action, including involving a collection agency.
Cancellations or changes to a request are free of charge as long as the phone call has not yet been made. If the call has already taken place or has been substantively prepared, the full fee will still be charged. Similarly, if an institution is unreachable by phone or waiting times make the call impossible, the fee may still apply for the effort, provided this has been agreed upon in advance.
Although I strive to work carefully, I accept no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of my services. This includes, for example, incorrect information from an institution, misunderstandings during a call, or outcomes that do not meet your expectations. I am also not responsible for decisions made by an institution based on the call I conduct on your behalf.
Your privacy is important to me. I store your data securely and only for as long as necessary to handle your request. You can read more about this in my privacy policy. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required for the execution of the service or by law.
If you have a complaint, I would like to hear from you. You can contact me at info@wijbellen.nl. I take every complaint seriously and aim to find an appropriate solution together with you. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Dutch law applies, and the case may be submitted to the competent court.
